Innova Roc
The Innova Roc is a very overstable midrange (4/4/0/3) - good for intermediate players.
Our take on the Roc
If you want one midrange that does everything and holds its line under pressure, the Roc is it. At speed 4, glide 4, turn 0, fade 3, this is a flat, dependable workhorse. The 0 turn means it will not flip even on a hard rip, and the fade 3 brings it back left at the end (for a right-handed backhand) with predictable consistency. It is overstable in the classic sense - reliable, never twitchy.
That profile makes the Roc a precision tool, not a distance disc. Expect controlled 200 to 300 foot lines, straight-then-fade flights, and a disc that fights wind well thanks to its overstability and beaded rim. The 1.2 cm rim sits comfortably in the hand for slower, accurate throws.
This is an intermediate-to-advanced pick. New players who lack the arm speed to power it through its fade may find it dumps left early. If you can throw a Discraft Buzzz straight, the Roc is the more overstable, wind-stable cousin worth adding next.
