Discraft Zone
The Discraft Zone is a very overstable putt & approach (4/3/0/3) - best for advanced players.
Our take on the Zone
The Zone is the gold standard overstable putt and approach disc, and the flight numbers tell you exactly why. At speed 4, glide 3, turn 0, fade 3, this is a low-glide, hard-fading workhorse built for control rather than distance. That 0 turn means it resists every bit of high-power flip, and the 3 fade gives you a dependable left finish (for a right-handed backhand) you can aim with. It will not fly past your target on a hyzer, which is precisely the point.
Throw this when you need a disc that does the same thing every time. It shines on touch approaches inside 200 feet, forehand flex shots, headwind drives, and short utility hyzers where you want the disc to sit down on command. The beadless rim and 1.2 cm width make it comfortable to grip and snap.
It is rated for intermediate and advanced throwers, and that is fair - beginners will find the low glide and strong fade unforgiving. If you want a putter that floats, look elsewhere. If you want one that lands where you aim, the Zone is it.
