Axiom Discs Insanity
The Axiom Discs Insanity is a stable fairway driver (9/5/-2/1.5) - good for intermediate players.
Our take on the Insanity
If you want a fairway driver that turns over easily and adds distance without punishing your form, the Axiom Insanity is one of the easiest in its class to throw. With flight numbers of 9 speed, 5 glide, -2 turn, and 1.5 fade, it leans understable (rated -0.5), meaning it wants to bank right out of the gate on a flat backhand and finishes with only a gentle fade. Think of it as a faster, longer-reaching cousin to the Innova Sidewinder.
That -2 turn makes it a natural for turnover shots, gentle hyzer flips, and long-anhyzer lines, and the 5 glide keeps it floating for max distance once it stands up. At speed 9 with a 2 cm rim, it is reachable for intermediate players who have not yet built the arm speed for a true speed 12 or 14 driver.
The beadless, 21.1 cm profile is comfortable to grip, and it comes in Axiom's full plastic range from grippy Neutron to premium Eclipse glow, priced roughly $15 to $30.
